Doctor Who 6×10: The Girl Who Waited – The Lost Scene

The BBC have released a video interview with Tom MacRae the writer of last weeks episode of Doctor Who (6×10: The Girl Who Waited). In it he talks about a scene that was originally written for the episode but then left out for story progression. Although it does pave the way for a possible return of the handbots.

As a word of warning. this video does include the ending of the episode and you are yet to see 6×10: The Girl Who Waited then it is advised that you do not watch this video.

The Sarah Jane Adventures – Series 5 Launch Date and Press Details

The BBC have released a set of press details for the return of the Sarah Jane Adventures. The series features the return of Sarah Jane Smith (played by the late Elisabeth Sladen) and joined by Clyde (Daniel Anthony) & Rani (Anjli Mohindra). The opening two episodes have been called “Sky” and will air on Monday 3rd October and Tuesday 4th October on the CBBC Channel.

Alien investigator Sarah Jane Smith is back on CBBC with a fifth and final series of the award-winning The Sarah Jane Adventures, starring the late Elisabeth Sladen. Created by Russell T Davies, the hugely successful Doctor Who spin-off returns for a brand-new, six-part series, featuring three stories, each told over two episodes. The first is the spectacular two-part story, Sky. In today’s episode, Sarah Jane finds a baby girl on her doorstep and tries to find out who abandoned her. At a nearby nuclear power station, a beautiful woman appears out of thin air and uses alien powers to take control. She’s looking for something – and realises that Sarah Jane may just have it…

Doctor Who 6×13 Season Finale Plot Details

The BBC have released the plot details for the final episode of Doctor Who Series 6. 6×13: The Wedding of River Song will air on BBC One and BBC One HD, Saturday 1st October 2011. It will also air on the same day in Canda (SPACE Channel) and BBC America in the United States. It will air a week later in Australia on ABC1, Saturday 8th October 2011.

In this weeks introduction video. Guest Actor David Walliams and episode writer Toby Whithouse talk us through what to expect in this weeks episode of Doctor Who. This video does contain spoilers towards the episode and it is advised that if you are trying to avoid episode details. you do not watch this video. 6×11: The God Complex will air on BBC One and BBC One HD at 7:10pm on Saturday September 17th. Doctor Who Confidential – David Walliams Interview

Matt Smith and Karen Gillan interview this weeks guest actor on Doctor Who, Little Britains David Walliams. David Walliams appears in 6×11: The God Complex this weekend at 7:10pm on Saturday 17th September on BBC One and BBC One HD. The Episode will air the same day in Canada (SPACE) and in the United States (BBC America) at 8pm/9c. It will then air in Australia (ABC1) at 7:30pm on Saturday 24th September.
