Doctor Who to return to the United States
At the Official Doctor Who convention currently taking place this weekend in Cardiff. The Executive Producer of Doctor Who has confirmed that Doctor Who will be returning to the United States for filming of the Fifth episode of the Seventh Series.
The currently untitled 7×05 will be the final episode to feature Amy and Rory and will feature the return of a terrifying foe. The episode will be filmed in the city of New York. The background of New York was previously used in 3×04: Daleks in Manhattan and 3×05: Evolution of the Daleks. Doctor Who was last in the United States for the Series Six two part opening episodes 6×01: The Impossible Astronaut and 6×02: Day of the Moon.
