Richard E. Grant confirmed for Doctor Who
The BBC’s Official Doctor Who twitter page has announced that acclaimed actor Richard E. Grant will be appearing in Doctor Who. The actor had previously appeared as the Doctor in a series of online webcartoons (Scream of the Shalka and a version of the unproduced Shada) which saw him as an alternate Eighth Doctor.

It is rumoured that Grant will appear in the 2012 Christmas Special which will be acting as the introductory episode to new companion Jenna-Louise Coleman’s currently un-named character.
The BBC website stated that more will be announced shortly…
